As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on value proposition design and enablement in the services industry. You will be responsible for managing a team and working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messaging and Persona Mapping
    • Develop and document the ideal client profile for each Alexander Mann Solutions solution, aligned to the account-based marketing (ABM) account segmentation model.
    • Work with the broader marketing team to ensure proactive elevated competitive positioning.
  • Story Telling & Value Proposition
    • Build a vision for client narratives and value propositions by having a keen understanding of each client segment and their needs.
    • Partner closely with sales and client success implementation to understand and represent the voice of the client in the feedback loop to product development.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, solution development, innovation, and sales to unify the market narrative and amplify our strategy.
  • Sales Success and Performance
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to elevate Alexander Mann Solutions market position and recognition, with a particular focus on the US.
    • Align the plan with the Alexander Mann Solutions strategy on a page growth objectives.
  • Thought Leadership & Client Advisory Board
    • Work closely with Alexander Mann Solutions analyst and brand team to develop and deliver thought leadership content for industry events and client advisory board events.
  • Strategic Partners
    • Work with the team to establish sales playbooks and support a quarterly webinar to strategic partners to deliver the value proposition and proof points to educate the strategic partners and support white label campaigns that will deliver pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • Significant experience driving go-to-market strategy with strong emphasis on value proposition design and enablement in the services industry.
  • 5+ years experience in managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of the RPO client segments and personas.
  • An outstanding ability to articulate business value and capture the client perspective.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and exceptional collaboration skills.
  • The ability to lead a large, decentralized group of cross-functional partners from complex and ambiguous situations to clarity and focus.
  • The ability to absorb large amounts of information, simplify and distil key themes into actionable plans, and simplify and effectively communicate to a wide cross-functional audience.
  • A get-things-done attitude even when all the information is not available, you find a way to deliver the results and can proactively manage the barriers with limited support.
  • The ability to articulate a concept and have people want to join the journey because of your passion and inclusive collaborative approach.
  • Agile thinking - the ability to analyze data, test the approach, validate and then double down on an iterated approach.
