Job Title: Head of Marketing Sciences

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned marketing analytics leader to join our team as Head of Marketing Sciences. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven strategy that connects insights to measurement and impact. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, behaviors, and perceptions, and use this knowledge to create marketing products that better serve them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer segments and valued behaviors to drive growth
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Define and execute brand measurement frameworks, including econometric modeling and brand valuation
  • Attract and retain top analytics talent to support measurement and optimization of brand spend
  • Supervise and guide statistical techniques and novel experiment design to measure brand impact
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to drive campaign performance and budget allocation
  • Partner with external vendors to design analytics frameworks and ensure measurable campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, applied math, statistics, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or equivalent; management experience required
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in scripting languages (R, Python, SAS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to attract and develop analytics talent to support the mission
