About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BNDR Enterprises Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for creating and implementing work schedules for the kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies

The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and managing food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in stock.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Kitchen Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for training new staff members in their job duties, as well as ensuring that all staff members are aware of and follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Ensure Quality Control Standards are Met

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Address Customer Complaints and Concerns

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is available for analysis and decision-making.

Prepare and Submit Reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports to management, ensuring that all necessary data is available for analysis and decision-making.

Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Permanent Full-Time Position
  • 40 Hours per Week
  • English Language Proficiency
