About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BNDR Enterprises Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Inventory Management and Requisitioning

Oversee the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Quality Control and Customer Service

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Work Schedule Management

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements
