Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements

  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a restaurant setting.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
