Monetization Strategy Associate

At TikTok, we're looking for talented individuals to join our Monetization Strategy team as interns. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America and partner with global leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
Responsibilities- Support the development of monetization strategies for various advertiser segments.
- Collaborate with leadership on high-impact projects and assist with performance analysis, reporting, and driving business review cadences.
- Help set and manage performance goals for the monetization team and assist in measuring and tracking business financial performance.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of monetization processes and policies as the team scales.
- Support the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research, translating insights into growth initiatives.
- Interest in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, sales operations, business operations, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical fields.
- Basic data analytics skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to change with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
As a TikTok intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. You'll also have access to a vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops.
