Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Monetization Strategy Intern to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of monetization strategies for various advertiser segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of high-impact projects that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and manage performance goals for the monetization team.
  • Support the development and optimization of monetization processes and policies.
  • Contribute to the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research.

Requirements
  • Interest in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, sales operations, business operations, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical fields.
  • Basic data analytics skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth tech start-ups and advertising.
  • Strong data analytics skills; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Excellent project management skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and multiple environments.
