We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Golden Happiness Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established quality standards.
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
