Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at WOW BAKERY & FOOD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet established standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Bakery Specialist at WOW BAKERY & FOOD, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
