We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Maxima Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake mixed dough and batters: Prepare and bake a variety of dough and batter products to meet customer demand.
  • Draw up production schedules: Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure product quality: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Operate machinery: Safely operate machinery and equipment to prepare and bake products.
  • Organize inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
