About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Specialist to join our team at Maxima Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, from dough preparation to finished product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dough Preparation and Production: Prepare and mix dough according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our production team, providing guidance and support to ensure we meet our production goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, judgement, reliable, team player
