About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at WOW BAKERY & FOOD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that products meet established standards and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
