Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Development Specialist to join our team at Western Financial Group.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week in Brampton, Ontario. The salary for this role is approximately $75,000 per year, with the potential to reach up to $112,500 per year based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive in administering their commercial book of business, including assisting them meet and exceed sales and retention targets. They will also develop and present innovative coverage solutions to support clients' needs, provide quality customer service, and promote cross-selling of Western Financial Group products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
- RIBO Insurance License
- A passion for helping people, self-drive, and a drive to succeed
- PREFERRED understanding of commercial policy wordings/coverages
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working experience in EPIC, an asset
