Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position responsible for the overall operation of multiple Spirit stores. Key responsibilities include sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, payroll, and recruiting for assigned stores
- Train and develop store employees
- Implement expense control and shrink management strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
