ROLE SUMMARY

The Partnership Marketing team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is a key driver of revenue and creator of future revenue visibility. This role will focus on managing and inspiring a team of Account Executives and Coordinators, working closely with the Director, Partnership Marketing on personalized development plans, and consistently strategizing for business and relationship growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and inspire a team of Account Executives and Coordinators
  • Work closely with the Director, Partnership Marketing on personalized development plans
  • Consistently strategize for business and relationship growth
  • Lead renewal conversations and aim to grow investment from current partners
  • Oversee assigned partners' executions across all CSE properties
  • Actively track value delivery throughout partnership terms
  • Maintain a strong presence at Canucks and Warriors home games
  • Establish clear, quick, and open lines of communication with partners and key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three years of experience in Partnership Activation, Partnership Sales, or related sports marketing fields
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as marketing or business management
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, conferences, and/or promotions
  • Experience in leading or supporting sales conversations
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dynamic presentation skills and storytelling capabilities
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
