Partnership Marketing Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Partnership Marketing team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is a key driver of revenue and creator of future revenue visibility. This role will focus on managing and inspiring a team of Account Executives and Coordinators, working closely with the Director, Partnership Marketing on personalized development plans, and consistently strategizing for business and relationship growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and inspire a team of Account Executives and Coordinators
- Work closely with the Director, Partnership Marketing on personalized development plans
- Consistently strategize for business and relationship growth
- Lead renewal conversations and aim to grow investment from current partners
- Oversee assigned partners' executions across all CSE properties
- Actively track value delivery throughout partnership terms
- Maintain a strong presence at Canucks and Warriors home games
- Establish clear, quick, and open lines of communication with partners and key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- At least three years of experience in Partnership Activation, Partnership Sales, or related sports marketing fields
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as marketing or business management
- Experience planning and coordinating events, conferences, and/or promotions
- Experience in leading or supporting sales conversations
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Dynamic presentation skills and storytelling capabilities
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
