Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Advancement team at Thompson Rivers University. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing records, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Advancement team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage records and databases, including confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conference registrations, and special events.
- Assist with event planning, including venue coordination, signage, and promotion.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, and community partners.
- Five years of related administrative experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Advancement and fundraising concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
