About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, People Analytics to join our team at TalentMinded Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in people analytics and HRIS data management to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data effectively to collect, clean, and analyze employee data, including demographics, recruitment, performance, engagement, retention, diversity, and compensation metrics.
  • Support strategic direction by providing data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, talent management, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage the HRIS by ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance, and lead efforts to configure, update, and optimize HR systems to meet evolving People and business needs.
  • Create and adhere to best practices by developing and implementing data governance practices, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.
  • Focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements to streamline HR operations through a systematic approach.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in people analytics and HRIS data and system management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Highly proficient in Dayforce and able to efficiently and effectively manage HRIS platforms.
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization using a range of modern tools.
