PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics & Workday Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering people analytics that enhance our reporting capabilities through self-service and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to develop and maintain people analytics that provide actionable insights
  • Design and implement advanced dashboards within Workday to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into key People metrics
  • Partner with I&D strategic planning and councils to provide effective employee data, research, and insights
  • Evolve our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other tools
  • Identify, scope, and execute high-impact analytics projects
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing detailed analysis
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on analytics, and people/HR data
  • Strong proven experience with Workday, with an emphasis on people reporting and analytics
  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing platforms

  • A competitive base salary range of $113,000 - $150,000 CAD
