About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering people analytics that enhance our reporting capabilities through self-service and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting capabilities within Workday to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into key People metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to establish an analytics practice capable of evaluating large, complex data sets and providing predictive analysis and insights.
  • Evolve our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other tools.
  • Identify, scope, and execute high-impact analytics projects.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing detailed analysis.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on analytics, and people/HR data.
  • Strong proven experience with Workday, with an emphasis on people reporting and analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders and levels.
