About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics & Workday Specialist to join our team at PagerDuty. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering people analytics that enhance our reporting capabilities through self-service and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to establish an analytics practice capable of evaluating large, complex data sets and providing predictive analysis and insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities within Workday.
  • Create advanced dashboards within Workday to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into key People metrics.
  • Partner and support I&D strategic planning and councils by providing effective employee data, research, and insights.
  • Participate in the analytics community, representing the organization and staying updated on trends and best practices.
  • Evolving our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other tools.
  • Identify, scope, and execute high-impact analytics projects.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing detailed analysis.
  • Maintain strong data integrity and accuracy, continuously improving processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on analytics, and people/HR data.
  • Strong proven experience with Workday, with an emphasis on people reporting and analytics.
  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing platforms.
