At Loadberg Services Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position, requiring on-site work at our office location. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
