About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Escape Transport Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages;
  • Compiling data and statistics;
  • Advising senior management on administrative matters;
Responsibilities

In addition to the above tasks, the Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas;
  • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
Benefits

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $35,000-$45,000 CAD, depending on experience.
