About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the management of our independent and assisted living communities at Hallmark on the Park and Hallmark on the Lake. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the well-being of residents while fostering a positive environment for staff members.

This is a temporary employment arrangement for a duration of 12 months, providing an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising clinical, administrative, and resident services, upholding Baptist Housing's mission and values.

Fundamental Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in business administration, social sciences, or health care administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administration/management capacity in a seniors' independent living setting, hospitality, or service setting.
  • OFA Level 1 or Equivalent.
  • The successful candidate will also assume a position of Christian ministry and leadership within Baptist Housing.
