**Job Description:**

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks: You will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating office services: You will coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data entry and training: You will perform data entry tasks and train staff on new systems and procedures.
  • Overseeing office administrative procedures: You will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Basic security clearance: You must have basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work independently: You must be able to work independently and effectively manage your time.
  • Fast-paced environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is located at our B.C. LTD. office and requires the ability to work on site.
