Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute onboarding strategies to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip customers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal customer outcomes.
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
