We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market Sales team in driving significant B2B business growth across Canada.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a market-leading business plan to achieve sustained revenue growth and exceed financial targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team through world-class talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive innovative outcomes and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian market and established relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the vision and goals of the business.
  • A collaborative and effective communicator who can work seamlessly across teams.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
