Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Plus, Parry Sound. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising hotel staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: Oversee the daily activities of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing room assignments, guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain Hotel Standards: Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff members adhere to high standards of quality and service.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage hotel supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to maintain efficient operations.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all hotel staff are aware of and adhere to security and safety protocols, including emergency procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
