About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their technical needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • System Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our products and systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also have the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
