About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • System Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Security Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our clients and their end-users.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure the quality of our software solutions and information systems.
  • Client Engagement: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Test Execution and Documentation: Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

  • Physical and Mental Demands: The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a repetitive task environment, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
