Overview

Dspot Desserts is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Senior Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, supervising daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new staff members, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies.

You will work closely with our executive chef to develop menus and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service;
