We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Quick care pharmacy inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be proficient in MS Office and have experience with electronic mail.

The working hours for this role are 32 hours per week, and the language of work is English. The employment duration is permanent, and the candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the language of work
