Your Opportunity:

Are you a dynamic and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? As an Administrative Support IV at Alberta Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a scheduling service centre, providing vital support to multiple programs within the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill pre-booked and immediate shifts resulting from staff vacation, leave of absence, illness, and education leave
• Anticipate staffing needs and inform managers of shifts that require further attention
• Enter data for payroll, provide scheduling reports, detail records, and compile statistical information

Requirements:

• Some post-secondary education
• Advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program
• Timekeeping/payroll experience
• Call Center experience
• Knowledge of applicable collective agreements and pay codes
• Experience working in a unionized, healthcare, and/or 24/7 environment
• Experience with AHS scheduling software (Kronos, ESP, ASC)
