Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations using strong software development skills, architecture knowledge, and data structures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentoring junior developers and guiding them through the development process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong background in software development, architecture, and database concepts.
  • Experience with Delegated Development and Entitlements, Flow Designer and Decision Tables, Workspace development and customizations.
  • Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and web application user interface and usability concepts.
  • Ability to work with customers, gather requirements, and create solutions independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

Desired Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python, especially under Unix/Linux
  • AngularJS and Node.js experience
  • ITIL or DevOps experience
  • Agile development experience

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
