Key Responsibilities
  • Global Treasury Administration: Support the Global Treasury team in administrative functions, including bank account opening, authorized bank signer updates, and regular Treasury Management System (TMS) updates.
  • Foreign Exchange Settlement and Reporting: Manage global foreign exchange settlement and reporting, including FX transaction-related administration and reporting for spot and hedging activity.
  • Global Debt Management: Assist with the global debt management process, including completing interest election processes for debt rollovers, communicating with bank contacts, and updating relevant reports.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Support the Global cash flow forecast process by communicating with global entities for reporting responsibilities and obtaining forecast information. Assist with the forecast process by uploading required information and completing regular variance analysis.
  • TMS Maintenance and Reporting: Assist with regular TMS maintenance and reporting requirements, including exception reporting for daily bank files.
  • Bank Relationship Management: Manage the TMS bank relationship function by obtaining and uploading regular bank statements and assisting with analysis of the function's output.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist with regular reporting for Global Risk Management in Microsoft Excel, Thomson Reuters' Eikon, FXall settlement center, and TMS.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Commerce, Arts, or a related field. CFA charter holder is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities: High attention to detail, ability to analyze problems and make recommendations, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and previous experience in supporting team members.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic computer operational functions and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish is an asset.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel regionally and globally, with formal documentation and a passport.
