Position Overview
As a key member of the Treasury division, this role engages with various internal and external stakeholders, alongside the Finance Office team, to execute a diverse array of analytical and project-based tasks. The Senior Treasury Analyst is tasked with supporting Treasury leadership by leveraging critical analytics and structuring expertise to facilitate financing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, financial modeling, reporting, and special projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit leadership in financing, deal structuring, lender relations, financial analysis, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, working capital, special projects, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to prepare memos, reports, and presentation materials for regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Partner with Finance Office personnel and value center representatives to create various stakeholder reporting documents.
  • Enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization by undertaking additional duties as necessary.

Required Skills
  • Proficient relationship builder with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Highly collaborative with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Background in capital markets and economics.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, demonstrating proactivity and energy, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen sense of urgency, as the role is deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • A direct, business-focused approach with a high degree of integrity and a commitment to doing what is best for the organization and its stakeholders.

Experience Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in investment or corporate banking, corporate finance, and/or accounting.
  • A university degree in business with demonstrated knowledge of finance.
  • A professional finance or accounting designation (CFA, CPA, CBV) or actively pursuing such credentials would be advantageous.
