Exhibit leadership in financing, deal structuring, lender relations, financial analysis, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, working capital, special projects, and strategic planning. Collaborate with the Treasury team to prepare memos, reports, and presentation materials for regular and ad hoc reporting. Partner with Finance Office staff and value center personnel to develop various stakeholder reporting documents. Enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization by undertaking additional duties as necessary.Required Skills:
Approachable relationship builder with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Highly collaborative with outstanding interpersonal skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Background in capital markets and economics. Proven ability to take initiative, be proactive, energetic, and work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with a keen sense of urgency, as the role is deadline-oriented. Capacity to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 5-8 years of experience in investment or corporate banking, corporate finance, and/or accounting. Bachelor's degree in business with demonstrated knowledge of finance. Professional Finance or Accounting designation (CFA, CPA, CBV) or active pursuit of such credentials is considered an asset.#LI-Hybrid
