Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will bring their techno-functional experience and skills, focusing on Billing, Invoicing, and Correspondence throughout the implementation. Responsibilities include supporting existing processes in the current SAP ISU ECC system, contributing to project implementation, and participating in requirement gathering, design validations, fit, and gap assessment.
Additionally, the role involves assisting with data migration-related activities, QA of solution design, code review, and troubleshooting during UAT, as well as assisting with cutover and stabilization after go-live.
Key Responsibilities- Gain knowledge as an IT SME for Customer Billing and correspondence-related functions, Retailer Management, and Settlement.
- Liaison with Business SMEs to gain an understanding of requirements and provide solutions adhering to the out-of-the-box approach, wherever possible.
- Support ongoing SAP processes to ensure smooth, efficient business operations and contribute in SAP changes from PMO projects or enhancements as needed.
- Carry out solution design and blueprinting to deliver robust business processes that take into consideration accepted industry practices.
- Configure, code, and test the system per defined quality standards.
- Write business requirements and maintain necessary system documentation.
This is a techno-functional role requiring hands-on coding experience. The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive knowledge of Utility Industry business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform ABAP coding for FRICE.
- Conducted business requirement-gathering workshops and delivered business blueprint documents and/or solution design documents independently.
- Written functional and technical specifications and worked with Subject Matter Expert to configure and enhance SAP systems.
- Prepared training materials and delivered end-user training.
