Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Management Lead to join our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre. This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative services across various departments.
  • Evaluate the operations of departments providing administrative services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the daily operations of a department providing a single administrative service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of a department.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operational management or a related field.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.
  • The work term is Permanent.
  • The work language is English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation:

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes access to extended health care, dental care, vision care, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, as well as employer-paid pension plan contributions.
