Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement application monitoring strategies.
- Develop and set up monitoring tools within our Monitoring Platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Design and build new application monitors, dashboards, and creative solutions to surface operational data and simplify the lives of our colleagues.
- Create automation solutions using scripting languages and APIs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and tooling to identify and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop visibility into our vast data sets and help our partners understand this data to inform business decisions.
- Support and enhance our current toolset, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in meeting business needs.
- Promote reliability engineering best practices within our team and across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure information is comprehensive and accessible to both technical and non-technical members.

- 1+ years of experience in a technical role in IT, including co-op experiences.
- Coding experience with NodeJS or JavaScript.
- Scripting experience with languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools: New Relic, Dynatrace, CA APM, PRTG.
- Data-driven approach, passionate about using data to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
