Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our platform, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our platform, driving technical innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps and product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of our platform.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and technical debt management.
