At RS Software, Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Sales Lead to spearhead our expansion into the Canadian market. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in digital payments and drive revenue growth for our innovative solutions.

Job Summary: As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and position our product suite effectively in the Canadian market.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Pipeline Development:

    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.

  5. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market dynamics to differentiate our products and services.
  6. RFP and Proposal Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit winning proposals, leveraging our expertise in digital payments.
  7. Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans to ensure successful sales execution and win rates.
  8. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to business strategy development and budget planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and goal achievement.

Requirements:

  • Digital Payments Expertise: Proven end-to-end understanding of payment central infrastructure, payments landscapes, card payments, account-based payments, instant payments, e-transfer, RTR payment landscapes, and India's digital payment stacks.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Structure:Tiered bonus structure based on performance, up to 20% of annual salary.
