Administrative Assistant with E-commerce Knowledge

**Responsibilities**:
1. E-commerce Support:
- Assist in the management of e-commerce payment processing systems and integration with various e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with our e-commerce partners and clients to ensure seamless payment experiences for customers.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Provide support to clients and customers by addressing payment-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of payment-related documentation for our e-commerce partners.
3. Administrative Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings and communications related to e-commerce projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of office records and files.
4. Problem-Solving and Initiative:
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within payment processing and e-commerce workflows and contribute to implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with the payment processing team to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related challenges.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and compliance, to ensure the success of e-commerce payment projects.
- Communicate effectively and share insights to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce payment processing systems and integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for the payments industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability to evolving payment technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or payments-related role.
- Knowledge of payment gateway solutions and payment processing APIs.
- Preferred understanding of payment security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
