Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The successful candidate will have a key role in the growth and development of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients in the Vancouver area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the environmental engineering or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science.
