Job Summary

We seek a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless food preparation, timely service, and efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food supplies and equipment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Order food supplies and equipment as needed, negotiating prices and suppliers to optimize costs
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and quality control
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in kitchen management or related roles
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, and teamwork skills
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.

Working Hours

This role requires working 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.Language

English language proficiency is required for this role.
