Job Description
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to customers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, optimizing inventory management and reducing waste.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Develop and implement work schedules that meet operational demands while respecting staff needs.
Supporting Newcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, such as housing, transportation, and childcare assistance.
