About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our kitchen operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of chefs and cooks in preparing high-quality meals for our guests
• Develop and implement menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
• Manage inventory, ordering, and purchasing to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to Marriott's high standards of service and quality
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continually improve kitchen operations

Requirements:
• 6 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
• Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
