Join Ricki's Team as a Sales Associate

We're seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Ricki's. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow with our training and development programs
  • Provide great customer service and use sales skills to help customers find the perfect fit
  • Work as a team to ensure our store is a welcoming and inviting environment for everyone
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and helping to complete tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Secure company assets through strong loss prevention awareness

Requirements:

  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds)
  • Flexible availability to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
