We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Visionary to join our Wealth Management team at Royal Bank of Canada.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and success. As a Senior Manager: Strategy and Visioning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business results and advance our company's vision.

Based in Toronto, this role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses and flexible benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critical Thinking & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for our wealth management business, driving long-term growth and success.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives and product leads, to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
  • Industry Understanding: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and opportunities in the financial services industry, identifying potential areas for innovation and growth.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise communications to various audiences, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, engineering), or MBA equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of corporate strategy work or management consulting experience, preferably in wealth/asset management or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence others.
