As a seasoned media professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned to client objectives at OMD Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration between clients, internal teams, and external partners to effectively strategize and interpret key cultural, consumer, and category signals.
  • Develop holistic media plans that deliver on client objectives through innovative solutions and expert leadership in performance marketing.
  • Bring data-centric thinking to every integrated client brief, outlining creative and media requirements and objectives.
  • Serve as the bridge between strong, conceptual thinking and data-driven, analytical approaches to problem-solving.
  • Maintain high-level service to all clients and lead annual account plans with clear accountability measures for financial and business success.
  • Innovate with the creative team, media planning, marketing science, and custom content experts to drive innovation.
  • Effectively motivate, lead, and train the team to maximize shared objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement techniques.

Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on your qualifications and experience.
