Strategic Leadership Director of Digital Innovation

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction of our Digital Solutions and Systems Division. As Strategic Leadership Director of Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for refining, developing, and implementing the division's strategy in alignment with the overall organization's objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, preferably with at least 15 years of experience in software, solutions, and advanced technologies. Heavy industrial market experience is also essential. We are looking for a highly intelligent and strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

This leadership role requires a team-oriented individual who can build consensus in a global concern. The successful candidate will have experience in building and managing distributed teams of professionals and be able to align the culture, values, metrics, and governance of the division with those of the overall organization.

The position offers a competitive salary of approximately $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Based in Toronto, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the expansion of the division and brand into new customers and leverage relationships and projects to the benefit of other divisions and the organization as a whole.
